Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions apply to the process of creating Ukirkulit Custom/Bespoke/Commission Work,our exclusive leather carving service. Before placing an order, we want to ensure that every customer fully understands these conditions. Please read them carefully to guarantee an optimal ordering experience and results that align with your expectations.

1. Price will be based on item sizes and its design complexity. 
2. For any design using club colors/insignia/logo (Motorcycle club, Football club, Military branch, etc.) or any logo with trademarks will be done if the client bear the letter of permit from the holder to use. And that letter will be releasing me from further law implicated in the coming day. 
3. If the client already has the desired images/design ideas can be sent to me via chat through chat or via email all details in contact us here.
4. From the initial talk of ideas will be made 2 options to choose from. The chosen one will be continue to finalize the layout process.  
5. The order will be going into production when the finalized layout and the price is accepted by the client and I have received the receipt of payment. 
6. Payment can be done in 50% down-payment or else in full amount will be appreciated. Payment recommended through PayPal goods & services. 
7. Any items with a design using name, initial & personalized drawing (kids, family, pets, etc.), considered as a one-off and will be done when the price agreed to be paid in full amount. 
8. The client completes the shipping address, phone number of the recipient while sending the receipt of payment.  
9. Timeline order will be done is 2 weeks the fastest, and will be accorded to the queue for the month. All the working progress will be updated here and also on kulitluka social media accounts with the hashtag #prmfg #kulitluka #ukirkulit
